Changmin Duan, O.D., M.S., F.O.A.A

Dr. Duan is an Optometric Physician and Board Certified in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. Dr. Duan is a practicing eye doctor for over twenty years. She has been in private practice in New Jersey since 1995, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor teaching pediatric optometry at the State University of New York (SUNY), State College of Optometry since 1994. Dr. Duan has implemented Orthokeratology int her practice since 2003 and was promoted to the fellow status in Orthokeratology Academy of America in 2008. Dr. Duan practiced as an ophthalmologist in China for five years prior to receiving her Master Degree in Vision Science from SUNY College of Optometry and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry.

Zengyu Hsu, O.D.

Dr. Hsu is an Optometric Physician and is a practicing eye doctor for over twenty-five years. He practiced as an ophthalmologist in China for ten years prior to receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Hsu is a full-time staff doctor at the Eye Clinic in Gouverneur Hospital located in New York City since 1994. On weekends and evenings, he practices at this location.

Erin Cai

Erin has a solid background in the medical field and advanced training in computer science. She has made significant contribution to our practice by being a great problem solver since 2001, and she is a great asset to us.

Margaret VanEmburgh

As a senior staff and team leader, Margaret has been managing the office since 2003. She is thoroughly trained in all aspects of the eye care field. Her work efficiency and caring manner in working for our patients are great assets she shares with us.

Hannah Niu

Hannah joined our team with experience in healthcare. She is dedicated to assist our patients in all aspects of eyecare. She also serves as our orthokeratology coordinator. Her caring manner and bilingual skills in English and Chinese are welcomed by our patients.

Eugene / Kevin

Eugene and Kevin are experienced part-time office assistants. They possess thorough knowledge of vision tests, electronic medical records (EMR), eyewear and special testing. Their responsibilities are numerous and diverse.

Kathie / Ryan

As high school students, Kathie and Ryan are valuable additions to our staff. They are knowledgeable about vision testing, electronic medical records (EMR), eyewear and special testing. Despite being only part time office assistants, they are essential to running a smooth practice.
